Dietary notes

Which bowls are vegetarian?

Roasted Tofu is fully plant-based. The seasonal bowl is vegetarian whenever the kitchen can build it without compromise; ask the team for the current version.

What about gluten and other allergens?

Broths can be served with rice instead of wheat noodles. Tell the counter team before ordering about egg, sesame, soy, allium or other allergies. The open kitchen handles all of them, so Sumi cannot promise a coeliac-safe or allergen-free meal.

How spicy is Charred Miso?

The standard bowl has a steady warmth rather than sharp heat. Extra fermented chili is served on the side.
